PFR Milling Machine Guard with safety interlock switches
The PFR is the latest design of Multi-Adjustable guards for Vertical Milling Machines, an operator friendly proximity guard providing operator protection without the usual constraints of a full table guard.

When not in use it simply swings fully aside to allow full access to the machine table for setting and measurement. The PFR is suitable for tool room, R&D & maintenance workshops, prototype work and small batch production machines.
JSA Hinged Milling Machine Guard with safety interlock switch
The JSA-1E is ideal Vertical Milling Machines, an operator friendly proximity guard providing operator protection without the usual constraints of a full table guard.
The guard is fitted to the main machine column at the rear of the machine table.
When not in use it simply swings aside allowing full operator access to the machine table for setting and measurement. The JSA is suitable for tool room, R&D & maintenance workshops, prototype work and small batch production machines.
The JSA comprises a three sided steel framed polycarbonate screen with support arm and mounting bracket, includes as standard a cut-away on the right hand side to allow access to the quill feed arm (common to Bridgeport machines). The JSA adjusts easily in both Z and Y axis.
